Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle various administrative tasks while collaborating with other team members. The Admin Clerk will be responsible for maintaining organized records assisting with customer inquiries and performing data entry with a high degree of accuracy. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and visitors making a positive impression of our organization essential. Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and mail.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and uptodate databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
