We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities manage calls assist visitors and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees professionally.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing data entry and document handling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail couriers and deliveries.
- Provide information about company services and policies to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate with various departments for office support needs.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures for entry into the premises.
- Order and maintain office supplies as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and office management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Presentable professional and customerservice oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
