Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors in a polite and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments
Maintain a neat and organized front office area
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/logistics entries
Handle visitor logs appointment schedules and office coordination
Assist in preparing reports letters or documents when required
Coordinate with admin and HR for daily office requirements
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements
Bachelors degree or diploma in any field
0 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and pleasant personality
Basic knowledge of front desk equipment (printers intercoms etc.
