Cluster Director of Marketing related duties and responsibilities for Anantara Dubai The Palm Dubai Resort under the general guidance and supervision of the Regional DOM Responsible in achieving the Brand and Hotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through promotional activities. Assists the RDOM in the development of the marketing and advertising plans in accordance to the budget. Responsible for the coordination and management of the creative brand and media buying agencies for the assigned hotel. This includes the production of the property collateral sales material and all online and offline promotional material. Responsible for planning directing controlling coordination participating and evaluating in all promotions activities for food & beverage and other operational departments. To protect and manage the correct image and positioning of the property and brand by meeting corporate standards. To increase targeted market communication both domestic and international through effective and frequent use of database development of joint partnership agreements and maximizing the Anantara Dubai resort programs.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
- Developing Strategic Campaigns: Design and implement innovative multichannel social media campaigns aligned with each hotels unique brand identity and revenue goals leveraging insights from analytics to drive audience engagement bookings and brand loyalty.
- Content Strategy and Partnerships: Oversee the creation of highimpact storydriven content and collaborate with influencers creators and strategic partners to amplify brand visibility and extend the hotels digital reach.
PR
- PR Plan Development: Create and execute comprehensive PR plans tailored to each propertys unique objectives focusing on enhancing brand perception market presence and guest acquisition through strategic storytelling and targeted media outreach.
- Strategic Media Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with toptier media outlets travel editors and journalists to secure impactful coverage ensuring alignment with the hotels positioning and target markets.

- Deep understanding on all things Digital: SEM social mobile programmatic and alike
- Innovation and ideas and working as part of a team are essential

Education:
- Master/Degree holder in Media Advertising/ Communications or relevant subjects
Experience:
- Over 8 years of related experience with 3 years in Managerial grade or above at least
