Job Description
Clinic CoOrdinator needed in Dubai!
This is a fulltime position Monday Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic including scheduling appointments managing patient records and coordinating with medical staff
Act as the main point of contact for patients addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Coordinate with insurance companies and process billing and payment information
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure an seamless patient experience
Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to ensure highquality patient care
Monitor and maintain clinic equipment arranging for repairs or replacements as necessary
Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a medical or aesthetic clinic.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
Experience with staff training and supervision is an asset
