Roles and responsibilities
- Sound Leadership and Technical skills in MV/LV, Protection and Automation Field
- Proven record to manage team of internal and external Project Managers, Project Engineers and Design Engineering team
- PNL responsible for project results
- Responsible for the portfolio related to Retrofit & Upgradation projects, Service contracts, Spare parts.
- Assign and manage Field Service staff for large projects including planning and scheduling keeping the productivity on track
- Ensure the delivery and accuracy or revenues and other Financial related KPIs on monthly and quarterly basis
- Project execution from hand over from Sales till closeout activities based on methods and guidlines
- Ability to handle customer during challenging situations
- Monthly reporting of overall project status to internal management
- Coordination with internal and external suppliers and factories
- NCC recording and managing
- Risk evaluation and mitigation plans
- Responsible for Team development
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- At least 15 years of overall experience with min. 10 years of experience in leadership role
- Expert knowledge of protection & automation systems
- C-Category Project Manager. or PMP or IPMA certification is a plus
- Experience of project management with P&L responsibility in project execution
- Experience in turn-key projects with direct interface to the customer/ public authorities/ subcontractor
