2. Food and Beverage Service
- Serving Drinks and Food: Serve drinks and food to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained.
- Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages: Be knowledgeable about the lounge's drink menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, to offer recommendations and answer guests’ questions.
- Cocktail Preparation: In some lounge settings, servers may assist bartenders with basic cocktail preparation or delivery of drinks to tables.
- Maintaining Drink Orders: Monitor guests’ drink levels and ensure they are replenished as needed throughout their visit, without the guest having to request it.
