The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running with bold fastpaced and aggressive marketing strategies. This role requires someone with sharp marketing instincts the ability to generate leads and a drive to boost conversions in a short time frame. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute fastpaced resultsoriented digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Google Ads and social media platforms to drive highquality leads. Aggressively target B2B clients particularly companies expanding into the UAE to raise brand awareness of Guildhalls executive search services. Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into paying clients. Implement aggressive SEO strategies and keyword optimization to improve website visibility and attract highintent clients. Drive engagement on social media by creating and sharing relevant compelling content daily. Monitor and analyze campaign performance in realtime making rapid adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI. Track metrics related to lead generation conversion rates and traffic to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing preferably in the recruitment or B2B sector. Highly skilled in LinkedIn ads Google Ads and social media marketing. Strong understanding of SEO keyword optimization and Google Analytics. Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management. Able to execute aggressive marketing tactics with measurable results. Datadriven mindset with the ability to adapt campaigns quickly based on performance metrics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in highpressure resultsfocused environments is a plus.
