Our proprietary training program brings systemization to a company’s operations, develops an entrepreneur’s core business skills, and holds accountability to goals along with a clear business plan. Breakthrough Academy is now just eight years old and growing rapidly, with over 600 business owners developing in the program and an awesome team of 45 running the show. We are leaders in the contracting industry, producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels and we are well on track to continue the growth of our audience. Because of this, we are looking for a Spreadsheet Specialist. This is where you come in. THIS IS FOR YOU IF: Your superpower is Google Sheets/Excel. You love working with data in these programs all day, every day You know how to create, optimize, maintain, and organize a treasure trove of meticulous spreadsheets, hundreds at a time You have the analytical skills and patience to simply explain worksheet functions to those who don’t speak tech language You are a whizz with numbers, data models, and complex formulas Routine and structure make you happy, and it’s how you get things done Your inbox is never full because you’re always on top of it You couldn’t live without organizers, and you wouldn’t want to You can deliver results,

always on time, while working independently and remotely You are a multi-tasker who can easily pivot without blinking an eye You are able to diagnose problems quickly and think on your feet You believe every detail matters and don’t mind triple-checking for accuracy You enjoy being the go-to person for help and want to be part of the solution You can deal calmly with challenging questions and situations IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE: Maintaining the Master Business Plan (MBP) template, a complex spreadsheet that tracks our Member’s high-level goals and financials for

growing their business Working closely with each Member to maintain 1 MBP file per company while being the friendly, approachable face/voice who makes spreadsheet talk fun The first point of contact for 700+ Members on MBP questions and support, providing consistent, ongoing support and necessary tweaks Responsible for annually building new MBP files and data transfer Regularly called upon for additional reporting and support with Spreadsheets, as required by the BTA team Providing technical support to Members who have a basic understanding of technology Creating and updating the spreadsheet prep files for the annual Winter Summit and sharing files with Members Making annual updates linking the most recent Members’ Spreadsheets to our CRM, ensuring accurate data flow Monitoring the Member Support inbox and responding to all member questions, by email and phone, within six business hours Assisting coaches in building highly effective support systems for Members in new programs Providing administrative support to our coaches and Members, helping to manage questions and issues effectively Keeping an ear to the ground for changing Member needs and being their advocate Delivering post-sales/onboarding support and solutions EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3+ years combined experience in administrative/data analysis roles working with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and formulas Detailed knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel and the ability to create complex data models and spreadsheets Mental aptitude for math and basic business financial calculations Experience in a Customer Service role in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed Experience in Zoom, Google Drive, OneDrive, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
