Job Description
The Role
Job Overview: Guildhall is helping our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to manage OPSI (Operations and Product Supply Integration) and product inbound operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in international supply chain and logistics ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from international sources into the companys supply chain. You will play a critical role in inventory control product tracking and coordination with international suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage OPSI (Operations and Product Supply Integration) processes ensuring timely and efficient product entry into the supply chain. Coordinate and manage all product inbound activities including order processing shipping schedules and receiving procedures. Liaise with international suppliers and logistics providers to ensure ontime delivery and compliance with import/export regulations. Track shipments and manage inventory levels ensuring that stock levels are optimized and meet the companys operational needs. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as procurement warehousing and sales to align supply chain operations with business goals. Monitor and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to product flow supplier performance and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with all international and local regulations including customs clearance and import/export documentation. Assist in resolving supply chain issues and delays offering creative and efficient solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in international supply chain or logistics with a focus on product inbound operations. Strong understanding of global shipping processes customs regulations and inventory management. Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills with experience working with international suppliers and logistics teams. Problemsolving mindset and ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
