Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

A Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medical clinic, ensuring that the facility runs efficiently and provides high-quality care to patients. They manage staff, handle administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. A clinic manager acts as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative teams, ensuring that both the clinical and operational aspects of the clinic function smoothly.

  1. Leadership and Management Skills

    • Strong leadership abilities to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and technicians.
    • Ability to motivate and guide staff to ensure that patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently.
    • Conflict resolution and decision-making skills to address staff issues, patient complaints, and operational challenges.

The duties include implementing procedures to optimize patient care, managing the budget, and train staff members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
