Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented PMC Office Administrator to support the administrative operations of a highprofile Oil & Gas pipeline construction project in Basra Iraq. The Office Administrator will ensure smooth office functioning coordinate logistics and provide administrative support to project teams and stakeholders. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency and supporting daytoday project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling meetings maintaining supplies and coordinating office logistics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as recordkeeping document management and correspondence.
  • Support project teams by organizing travel arrangements accommodations and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute projectrelated documentation such as reports presentations and memos.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding officerelated matters.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating project events training sessions and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage timesheets expense tracking and employee records.
  • Address and resolve office maintenance and facilityrelated issues to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Monitor and support compliance with local regulations and projectspecific requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 57 years of experience in office administration preferably within the Oil & Gas or construction industry.
    • Experience working in Iraq or similar regions is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and multicultural environment.
