Job Description
Were seeking a talented UI/UX Designer (ALL Nationalities can apply) to create exceptional user experiences for our applications. The ideal candidate will combine creative design thinking with usercentered methodologies to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation including user research wireframing prototyping and final design.
Create user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Develop and maintain design systems style guides and component libraries
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve the user experience
Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Stay current with UI/UX trends tools and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating usercentered design processes and solutions
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. InVision Principle ProtoPie)
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
Knowledge of HTML CSS and basic frontend development concepts
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools
Understanding of agile development processes
Experience with motion design and microinteractions
Background in mobile app design
Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard design
Technical Skills
Design Tools: Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite
Basic understanding of frontend technologies
Good to have
Prototyping: InVision Principle or similar tools
Research Tools: UserTesting Hotjar or similar
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong collaboration and teamworking skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Time management and project prioritization
Empathy for user needs and business requirements

- Salary: AED Accommodation Food(Lunch) Transportation Visa Insurance Overtime
Working days: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (2 days off in a week Saturday & Sunday)
