Experience:3 to 5 Years
Job responsibility
- Knowledge of field include (Stacker/Reclaimer, RP, Ball Mills, Coal Mill Kiln, Decolorizer etc.)
- Sound in trouble shooting and failure analysis.
- Basic knowledge of equipment’s interlocks.
- Basic knowledge of operation of local panels.
- Must be aware of safety work permits and onsite job hazards.
- Good communication skills with all stake holders including Shift manager, CCR & Services department
- Responsible for plant/ equipment’s housekeeping and arresting material & air leakages.
- Ability to supervise/ work in kiln & mills shutdown activities. Ability to fill plant checklist.

1. Process Knowledge
- Understanding of Manufacturing Processes: In-depth knowledge of the processes used in the specific industry, such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Process Optimization: Ability to identify areas for improvement in production processes and recommend or implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, or improve quality.
- Process Monitoring: Skill in continuously monitoring processes and production parameters, ensuring that they are running according to specifications and identifying deviations.
- Control Systems: Knowledge of control systems like SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) to monitor and control production.

2. Technical and Mechanical Skills
- Equipment Operation: Ability to operate and maintain complex machinery and equipment used in manufacturing, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshooting: Skill in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues that may arise during production.
- Preventive Maintenance: Experience with routine preventive maintenance on machines and equipment to reduce downtime and avoid costly repairs.
- Instrumentation: Knowledge of instrumentation systems, such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level sensors, to measure and control process parameters.
- Calibration: Experience in calibrating instruments and ensuring that readings are accurate and within acceptable limits.

- Inspection and Testing: Ability to perform regular inspections and testing of materials, products, or processes to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Familiarity with writing, reviewing, and following SOPs to ensure that processes are conducted consistently and safely.
- Compliance: Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, GMP, FDA) and ensuring that the process adheres to these guidelines.
- Troubleshooting Quality Issues: Ability to identify root causes of product defects or process issues and work with the team to resolve them quickly to maintain quality standards.
