Job Objective
Assist in the checking of materials and supplies, reporting when stock is low, reporting damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping
purposes, while ensuring compliance with the internal policies, procedures, and standards of the company as well as Guidelines related to laws and regulations in the UAE.
Main Responsibilities
Operational Tasks
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom.
- Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the department to the correct point of storage area.
- Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
- Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, reporting these to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.

- Work together with all organizational units of the company; To ensure smooth operation.
- Work with employees to ensure compliance with all company laws, procedures and controls regarding health, safety and environmental
policies.
- The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information in all transactions, and not to inform any third party about the privacy of the work.
- Commitment to any other work or tasks related to the functions of the position as directed by the line manager.
