Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding products, handle purchases efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in the store.
- Help customers locate items and provide product information.
- Check inventory availability across branches or order requested items for customers.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process purchases accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complaints to management when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or restocking needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic math and computer skills for processing sales and managing inventory.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
