Job Description
Education & Qualications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Drafting /Civil Engineering Architecture or a related eld.Professional certication or membership (e.g. CAD Technician or similar) is a plus.Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in drafting for civil or architectural shop drawings for high quality nishes building projects with a Grade A contractor in GCC and must be experienced in closely coordinating with
- facade MEP & ID drawings.
- Technical Skills:
- Procient in AutoCAD Revit or other drafting software with Experience with 3D modeling and BIM Knowledge of building materials construction techniques and relevant civil and architectural practices.Ability to produce accurate and highquality drawings with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to identify and solve design or construction challenges as they arise.Communication:
- Strong communication skills to eectively collaborate with engineers architects and construction teams.
- Ability to understand complex instructions and translate them into clear detailed drawings.Working Conditions:
- Fulltime oicebased or sitebased with occasional travel to construction sites.May require extended hours during project deadlines or critical stages of construction.
- Looking for candidates who are locally available in UAE.
