Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD based on design specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and site teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Prepare shop drawings asbuilt drawings and detailed sections as per project needs.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes authority regulations and company standards.
- Modify and update drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Collaborate with structural MEP and fitout teams for project coordination.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and material takeoffs for procurement purposes.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions layouts and coordination requirements.
- Maintain an organized record of drawings and revisions for project documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet project deadlines.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience preferably in the UAE.
- Strong experience in contracting companies handling architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines including MEP and structural teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
