Night Manager
Reliable and engaging. As a Night Manager you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the night shift including guest services security and hotel operations.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and supervise the daytoday operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service

- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders

- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
