We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to define and drive the vision for Ask Careem, creating exceptional customer experiences powered by generative AI. You’ll lead product decisions that make a direct impact on people’s lives, focusing on customer-centric services like food ordering, groceries, dining recommendations, and support. What You’ll Do
- Shape the Vision: Define and own the product vision for Ask Careem, ensuring it creates real value for our customers. You’ll focus on building seamless, impactful experiences for services such as DineOut, food ordering, groceries, and customer support.
- Lead Customer-Centric Development: Put customers at the heart of everything. You’ll lead product development with deep insight into user needs, working closely with design, UX, and engineering to ensure Ask Careem is an integral and helpful part of everyday life.
- Push Applied GenAI Innovation: Lead efforts to leverage GenAI in solving real customer problems, continuously enhancing the Ask Careem platform to stay at the forefront of generative AI innovations.
- Measure Success: Set and track key metrics like user adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Ensure the product delivers a positive financial ROI, aligning performance with business goals. You’ll use data to iterate quickly and optimize the experience for maximum impact.
- Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to bring the product vision to life. Ensure that features are seamlessly integrated across Careem’s services, driving user satisfaction and meaningful outcomes.
