Job Description
Our client a automotive service provider is seeking an experienced and detailoriented Service Supervisor to oversee the installation of premium automotive services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and ensuring highquality execution in areas including Carbon Fiber applications Paint services Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation Vinyl Foil Wrapping Ceramic Coating Restoration and Interior Works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the installation team ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation processes for Carbon Fiber Paint PPF Vinyl Wrapping Ceramic Coating Restoration and Interior projects.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Train and mentor technicians ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical advice.
- Monitor project timelines and allocate resources efficiently.
- Maintain tools equipment and workspace to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of Carbon Fiber Paint PPF Vinyl Wrapping Ceramic Coating Restoration and Interior Works.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
