Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate information ensuring data integrity.
- Tender Monitoring: Track review and share details of relevant tenders from different tender portals and institution websites. As well ensure timely submission of tenders.
- Arabic Translations: Provide accurate translations for social media posts official documents and marketing materials from English to Arabic.
- Support Sales and Marketing Teams: Assist with administrative tasks to help drive marketing campaigns sales initiatives and events.
- Document Management: Organize file and manage both digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
- Client Communication: Respond to inquiries assist with client followups and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
- Office Coordination: Handle daily office tasks such as scheduling meetings managing calendars and supporting overall office operations.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.
- Organized and DetailOriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Communication: Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements
Desired candidate profile:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Vocational or diplomalevel education in business administration or a related field.
- Must possess a valid UAE family book.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Prior experience with tender management is a plus.
