- Assist in food preparation cooking plating and presentation according to established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to food safety and hygiene requirements
- Support senior chefs in various cooking stations and learn different culinary techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
- Maintain and properly store kitchen equipment and utensils
- Adapt to a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge through onthejob training and guidance from senior chefs
Qualifications :
- Passion for food and customer service with a creative approach to culinary arts
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
