This is a dynamic role based in Dubai designed for an individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Note (Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role(PreScreening Answers is a Must)
Calendar Management & Scheduling: Efficiently manage daily schedules including scheduling appointments meetings and ensuring effective time management for the CEO.
Children s Schedule Management: Assist with managing the children s schedules and personal needs when necessary.
Email Management: Organize and respond to emails promptly prioritizing important messages to ensure smooth communication.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel accommodation and create detailed itineraries to support business and personal travel needs.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
