Job Description
We are Hiring HR Analyst
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: AED5K

Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decisionmaking and strategic planning
- Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HRrelated matters
- Assist in employee relations issues including investigations disciplinary actions and performance management
- Stay uptodate with HR trends laws and regulations
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 13 years of HR experience
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
