Roles and responsibilities
The Marketing Executive is a key role directly reporting to the Business Development Manager of the Middle East region. You will be based in Dubai and lead the growth of our market share with your sales team in the region for the DX (RAC, PAC & VRF) portfolio among our present and target reseller network.
You will be focused on maintaining the relation with the existing channels and adding new channel partners across the region to deliver the sales across the Hitachi DX product brands. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for the region.
How You Will Do It
As a Marketing Professional you will be using your expertise and experience to implement and support marketing campaigns, develop customer communication programs using our Marketing Automation Platform Pardot, and leverage Sales Force to generate effective sales leads and enhance measurement of the effectiveness of the action. You will Ensure the customer satisfaction with the sales team and support when needed.
You’re naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
Required
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing or corporate marketing.
Proven development and growth of commercial customers and distributor portfolio
Proven ability in developing and delivering sales activities and market growth for new customers.
Excellent in managing the sales team and motivating them to achieve the targets and overcome the challenges.
Tireless, results driven, strong sales drive and hunter mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Fluent language skills in Arabic & English

2. Digital Marketing Expertise
- Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in creating and executing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc., to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Knowledge of SEO techniques to improve website visibility and rankings on search engines, driving organic traffic.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Understanding of paid advertising strategies (e.g., Google Ads) to increase brand exposure and generate leads.
- Email Marketing: Creating and managing email campaigns, segmentation, automation, and analyzing performance to drive conversions.
- Content Marketing: Developing and promoting valuable content (blogs, videos, white papers) that attracts and engages potential customers.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Market Research: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Analytics Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media insights to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Reporting and Metrics: Ability to measure the effectiveness of campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics like ROI, lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement.
4. Content Creation and Copywriting
- Content Development: Creating engaging and persuasive content for a variety of formats, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, ads, and website copy.
- Brand Messaging: Ensuring that all marketing materials align with the company’s voice and tone, maintaining consistency across channels.
- Creative Skills: Developing eye-catching visual assets, working with designers, or using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Clear Communication: Ability to convey marketing messages effectively to both internal teams and external customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with sales, product development, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Client Interaction: Building relationships with clients, partners, or influencers, and representing the company in meetings, pitches, and events.
6. Event Planning and Management
- Event Coordination: Organizing and promoting company events, webinars, product launches, and trade shows to engage customers and generate leads.
- Brand Activation: Creating unique in-person or virtual experiences that increase customer awareness and engagement with the brand.
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage customer interactions, nurture leads, and track sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Developing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring brand loyalty and repeat business.

- Marketing Budgeting: Overseeing marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
- Cost Management: Tracking expenses across various campaigns and making adjustments to stay within budget while achieving marketing objectives.
