Create and maintain technical documentation for our products including manuals user guides and technical specifications.
Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and incorporate it into technical documentation.
Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.
Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support the development of technical documentation.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Technical Writing).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical documentation preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong technical background and understanding of fire fighting equipment and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
Attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Experience with project management and meeting tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
