Our client and leading IT compnay is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator Assistant to support their office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be bilingual fluent in both Arabic and English and will possess excellent administrative skills. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple tasks providing exceptional support to our executives and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives including calendar management travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents in both Arabic and English.
- Manage incoming communications including emails and phone calls ensuring timely responses and appropriate followup.
- Assist in organizing company events meetings and conferences including logistics and material preparation.
- Maintain and organize files and documents both physical and electronic ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Conduct research and compile information to support executive decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative support role preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
