Job Description

  • Position Overview:
    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires an individual who can drive sales growth, identify opportunities, and contribute to the success of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identify and secure government and private sector projects related to agriculture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analyze the market to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Present products and services effectively to potential clients and negotiate deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  • Use Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, analyze data, and track sales activities.
  • Handle work pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner to enhance its image.
  • Requirements:

  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 25–30 years old
  • Nationality: Arabic
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences (Horticulture, Plant Production, Hydroponics), or a related field.
  • Residency: Valid UAE residence permit.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales and project management.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE market and its dynamics.
  • Customer Relations: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Appearance: Presentable and professional.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ambition: A driven individual capable of building a team in the future.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of agriculture-related projects and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
