Job Description
- Using your skill and experience you will be crucial in ensuring our kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative and innovative products
- Operating as an amazing team player both handson in the kitchen and supporting the Pastry Chef in line managing the team and supporting the entire brigade
- Maintaining a cando and problemsolving attitude you will be passionate about the highest possible standards and will have great eye for detail
- Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way
- Bringing delicious creative and bespoke flavours and creations to our guests tables.
- Making sure our operation runs without hitch orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are skyhigh.
Qualifications :
- Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management
- 23 years of experience in F&B operations
- Fluency in English
- Attention to details
- Change and Adaptability
