Key Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver highquality lessons aligned with the school s British Curriculum standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and innovative practices to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Design engaging and differentiated lesson plans to ensure all students reach their full potential including those with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and EAL (English as an Additional Language).
- Develop and integrate handson activities projectbased learning and technology to enhance the student experience.
- Regularly assess student performance using formative and summative assessments and adjust instruction as needed.
- Establish a safe inclusive and respectful learning environment that promotes positive behavior and a sense of community.
- Implement and maintain effective classroom management strategies to support student engagement and discipline.
- Foster creativity critical thinking and collaboration through active participation in classroom activities.
- Monitor and support students academic social and emotional growth.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents through meetings report cards and informal communication.
- Work collaboratively with Learning Support teams to create individualized plans for students requiring additional assistance.
- Engage actively with colleagues in planning sharing resources and discussing best practices.
- Participate in school events extracurricular activities and community outreach programs.
- Attend professional development workshops and courses to stay updated on modern teaching strategies and curriculum standards.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents guardians and other stakeholders to foster a strong homeschool partnership.
- Contribute to schoolwide initiatives committees and projects.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Education or a relevant subject with a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE B.Ed. or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 23 years of experience teaching in a British Curriculum school or similar setting.
