Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver system and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency service quality and risk management.
- Manage a portfolio of projects ensuring ontime and onbudget delivery.
- Develop and implement a robust process improvement methodology including lean metrics.
- Act as the project leader for regulatory changes and automation initiatives.
- Manage and motivate a highperforming team adhering to best practices in people management.
- Contribute to budget management and ensure financial targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement in line with industry standards to elevate customer experience.
- Experience: 58 years in banking operations financial institutions or consulting.
- Education: University Graduate/Bachelors Degree.
- Professional Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and/or PMP certification.
- Skills: Proven track record in process and system improvement strong leadership abilities excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
