Job Description
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on events and/or hospitality.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, etc.) relevant to the events/hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the events and hospitality landscape, including current trends and target audience behaviors.
- A creative mind that thrives on brainstorming innovative marketing ideas, particularly those that integrate with events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing and campaign performance tracking.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
