Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients or customers through market research, cold calling, networking, or attending industry events.
- Generate new business opportunities by promoting the company’s products or services to prospective customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing sales.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Conduct follow-up meetings and check-ins with existing clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet client needs and offer support after the sale.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations or demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each customer or business prospect.
- Respond to client questions, objections, and concerns during presentations and negotiations.

Negotiation and Closing Sales:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
- Close sales deals by preparing and reviewing contracts or agreements and obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Ensure proper follow-through with clients to ensure the timely completion of the sales process.

Market and Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Stay up to date with competitor products, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Share market feedback with the product development or marketing team to help improve offerings and sales strategies.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track and report on sales performance, providing updates to sales managers or senior leadership on progress against sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Prepare sales forecasts to predict future sales and plan accordingly.

Achieving Sales Targets:
- Set and meet specific sales targets and quotas set by the company or department.
- Work with the sales team and management to develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Monitor personal and team performance to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions to meet targets.

Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies, campaigns, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with customer service or technical support teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients before, during, and after the sale.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Desired candidate profile
Overview of the role:
- The primary focus of the role will be to achieve sales targets on units (new & CPOV) and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on NPS (Net Promoter Score) throughout the customer journey.
What you will do:
- Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured “one offer” journey.
- Achieve the set Trade-ins.
- Achieve monthly (Finance and Insurance) F&I product sales targets.
- Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing.
- Lead management (Tel/Web/Walk-in enquiries).
- Capture customer data in DMS (test drive, Emirates ID, email address, etc.).
- Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al Futtaim and OEM requirements.
- Ensure knowledge of competition activities to be able to counter customer arguments.

About the Team:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager and will work closely with the Sales team and the broader internal and external stakeholders.

- 2 years sales experience in automotive industry
