Export Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target new international markets for FMCG products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed export revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers distributors and partners in global markets.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand trends competitor activities and customer needs in target export regions.
- Analyse and identify opportunities for new product introductions or existing product adaptations in international markets.
Export Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all export shipments comply with international trade regulations customs requirements and quality standards.
Logistics & Order Management:
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely export processes including shipment tracking and delivery.
- Monitor and resolve any shipment issues or delays ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management & Communication:
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance market feedback and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 56 years of proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing International Trade or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international trade export processes and logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth in global markets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software MS Office and sales analytics tools.
Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Strong understanding of international trade, export processes, and logistics. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth in global markets. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
