Our esteemed client a frontrunner in the construction materials sector specializing in building materials is currently seeking a skilled ReadyMix Concrete Pump Operator. This vital position entails the operation of concrete pump trucks. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of skills in concrete pump operation equipment maintenance and safety protocol adherence ensuring highquality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate concrete pumps managing their positioning and control to accurately deliver and pour readymix concrete at construction sites.
- Perform detailed pre and postuse inspections of the concrete pump to ensure its optimal condition identifying any maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on the job.
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the concrete pump to ensure its peak operational efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of concrete volume delivered operational hours and any incidents or challenges encountered. Maintaining daily jobrelated records is part of the responsibilities.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient concrete pouring according to project schedules.
- Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer and Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer.
- Responsible for maintaining daytoday jobrelated records.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience operating a ReadyMix/Concrete Pump.
- Proficiency in operating pumps including Putzmeister Zoomlion and Schwing.
- Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety guidelines and protocols.
- Ability to read write and speak Hindi/Urdu (mandatory) English (optional)
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and project management.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of equipment upkeep and personal responsibility.
