job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential for driving foot traffic, increasing brand awareness, and building a loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to turn local marketing strategies into measurable sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, and community organizations to drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the cafe team to provide an exceptional customer experience and identify upselling opportunities.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and in-cafe displays.
- Design, produce, and distribute promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.) aligned with cafe brand guidelines.
- Oversee and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and responding to comments.
- Engage with customers in-person and online, building relationships and gathering feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer data, social media engagement, and campaign performance to adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service; experience in food and beverage or retail is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
