Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented PMO Coordinator to join our team. As a PMO Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the project management office and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project management office in developing and implementing project management processes and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and tracking action items
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation including project plans reports and presentations
- Support project managers in managing project budgets and resources
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project management office
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Support the project management office in maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decisionmaking
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project management office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
