- Acts as a central point of contact for all training inquiries and requests relating to the Cast & Development unit.
- Liaise with functional departments to coordinate brand training programs for new joiners and existing Casts.
- Ensure that all Casts are inducted into Paramount Hotel in a welcoming and positive manner.
- Create and maintain a monthly calendar of training events from all stakeholder recommendations
- Design and prepare training invites as per the monthly calendar
- Review existing forms and inform the Training Manager of changes, or when new forms and documents are required within training and development
- Update training resources and materials to reflect latest branding guidelines.
- Maintains training records including completion status of online trainings.
- Create electronic and physical folders for all training events
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Document all trainings against budget
- Create reports based on analysing training data.
- Provide general administrative support to members of the T&D team
Experience and Technical Knowledge
- Proven work experience as a Rehearsal (Training) Coordinator or similar role.
- MS-Office proficiency especially in PowerPoint and Excel
