Job Description

Alhaktur IT Solutions is looking for a proactive and customerfocused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service assisting clients and ensuring smooth operational processes. Responsibilities:

Manage client sales inquiries and provide topnotch customer service.
Liaise with suppliers regarding client product requests to assist the operations team.
Follow up on weekly inventory updates from vendors and maintain accurate records for smooth operations.
Regularly update inventory and pricing on the backend systems and Google Sheets.
Follow up with customers to collect feedback and reviews after purchases.
Collaborate with internal and crossfunctional teams to ensure timely pricing updates and order deliveries.
Prepare and submit the Sales Inquiry Tracker and Inventory Report on a weekly basis for management review.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelors degree in business communications or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service sales support or operations.
Strong expertise in data entry and reporting.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and software including MS Office and Google Docs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in updates and reporting.
Problemsolving skills to address and resolve client and operational challenges.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless processes.
