Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a degree / diploma in hospitality with preferable previous experiences in a similar role. Good English communication skills are essential. Computer Knowledge and additional language skills are an advantage.

Sales Skills: Ability to upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely service.
Time Management: Skills in prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with order management systems and basic computer skills for entering and tracking orders.
Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure seamless service.
