Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in advancing one of the prestigious culinary academy missions in Saudi Arabia by creating impactful digital marketing strategies. Working within a passionate and dynamic Business Development Team your expertise will help promote the academys vision and initiatives to diverse audiences. Through innovative content creation and digital campaigns you will contribute to a larger effort to drive positive social change and educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in alignment with the academys vision mission and strategic objectives.

Content Creation: Generate relevant and engaging digital content for the academys various online platforms including the website social media email marketing and other digital channels.

Social Media Management: Manage and expand the academys presence on social media platforms such as Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn.

SEO and SEM: Optimize the academys online visibility through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.

Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience nurture leads and promote academy programs and events.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives generating reports and using datadriven insights to refine strategies and campaigns.

Website Management: Collaborate with the academys web team to maintain an uptodate and userfriendly website.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms and materials.

Partnership and Outreach: Work in tandem with the Business Development Assistant Communications Officer and Graphics Designer to identify and cultivate partnerships that align with the academys goals.

Budget Management: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns and initiatives

Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Crafting effective digital marketing plans.

Social Media Management: Effectively managing and growing the academys social media presence.

Digital Advertising Proficiency: Creating and managing successful digital ad campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing digital marketing data to inform strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination: Working with various teams and external partners for integrated marketing efforts.

SEO Optimization: Implementing SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
Content Creation and Management:
Developing engaging and relevant digital content.

Trend Awareness and Adaptability: Keeping uptodate with digital marketing trends and adapting strategies accordingly.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications advertising or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferably in the same industry as the hiring company.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. digital social media email content).
  • Understanding of marketing principles strategies and best practices.
