Qualifications

Project Management: Strong skills in managing projects, including planning, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC, ATEX) to ensure that designs meet safety and quality requirements.
Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving instrumentation issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data from instrumentation systems to optimize performance and reliability.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Team Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that instrumentation designs and installations comply with quality standards and best practices.
Cost Management: Understanding of budgeting and cost estimation related to instrumentation projects.
