Job Description
Job Purpose
To work on providing insights into business problems and providing sound strategy and solutions and driving projects using relevant data and analytics towards implemenation
Job Description
Develop understanding of key business requirements and work on a business problem/ work stream owning a distinct aspect of the project including managing the respective stakeholders across different Landmark concepts/brands (Max Home centre Babyshop Splash etc.) and functions (ECommerce Finance Marketing and Supply Chain etc.)
Gather and structure relevant data (internal & external sources) and use analytical and problemsolving skills to provide analysis insights and solutions that support strategy development and critical business decisions
Develop key hypothesis test and validate with factbased data driven analysis and develop actionable and factbased recommendations
Build excel models and effective presentations to communicate the recommendations / solutions to project lead / team and concept/function stakeholders
Drive timely implementation of recommendations/initiatives conduct regular progress reviews tracking and reporting of business benefits / impact delivered
Requirements
Bachelors degree with 03 years of work experience from top tier colleges/Universities (IITs NITs BITS Pilani DTU LSR SRCC St. Xaviers etc.)
Sound analytical and problem solving skills ideally well conversant in excel modelling
Strong verbal written and presentation skills Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences including senior leaders in a structured manner
Ability to adapt to a variety of engagement types locations and work on projects in different strategy domains as per the requirements
Goal oriented selfstarter willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance with a curiosity and willingness to learn continuously
Deadline driven organized and able to multitask
Being an excellent team player while also and being an independent thinker who contributes to the team constructively
