We are seeking an Emirati professional to provide administrative and operational support to our business functions. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and have strong communication and coordination skills contributing to the smooth functioning of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments including managing correspondence scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
- Assist with preparing reports presentations and business documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different teams and departments.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement needs.
- Support in organizing events internal meetings and conferences.
- Assist in maintaining databases filing systems and ensuring proper recordkeeping.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding new employees and assisting with employee requests.
- Perform other adhoc tasks as required by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Nationality: UAE National (Emirati)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in an administrative or business support role or a fresh graduate.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate or fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of local government processes and regulations is a plus.
Sales background in Healthcare preferably Pharma, Biomedical or Hospital
