You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a creative Costume Designer to create clothes and costume props for actors on film, theatre or TV. Your work will play a great part in setting the tone of a story and enhancing the actor’s performance.
As a costume designer, you must be very creative and well-versed in different garment types and styles. You should be talented at sketching and see creating clothes as an art. Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create the best visual effect is what we’ll expect from you.

Textile Knowledge: Understanding of fabrics, materials, and their properties to select appropriate materials for designs.
Sewing and Crafting Skills: Proficiency in sewing techniques, pattern making, and garment construction.
Research Skills: Conducting thorough research on historical periods, styles, and cultural references to inform designs.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in design elements, fittings, and final execution of costumes.
Collaboration: Working effectively with directors, producers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive vision.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, often under tight schedules.
Communication Skills: Clearly conveying ideas and designs through sketches, renderings, and presentations.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback or changes in production requirements.
Budget Management: Understanding how to work within budget constraints while achieving creative goals.
