Planning Manager - Container Terminal Operations

Roles & Responsibilities Hold overall responsibility of the Planning department, to ensure efficient allocation of equipment and personnel to meet the daily operational requirements and ensure a service delivery in line with customer expectations. Responsible for all aspects of ship planning, yard planning and crane/equipment allocation, in close liaison with the Terminal management. Lead and involve concerned participants at the daily meetings, along with internal and external stakeholders, to improve operational and system processes mainly focussed on key responsibilities of berthing prospects and yard strategy in alignment with the Commercial team. Lead and manage the improvement and achievement of targets and KPIs relating to vessel and gate productivity.
