Manage APOC Distributor Sales /support team to increase market share.
Coordinate all marketing activities including market dynamics, key decision drivers and trends including Quality compliance & Regulatory.
Identification of appropriate target accounts, initiatives and tactics to capitalize on opportunities.
Develop and implement contract terms and pull-through programs.
Adhere to standards, guidelines, regulations associated with Ethics and Compliance; set example as role model for sales organization.
Initiate customer support marketing activities like conferences, workshops, road shows and symposiums to support long term market growth initiatives.
Utilize written/verbal communication skills to give clear direction to the team.
Execute sales plans/strategies to exceed sales goals and execute new product launches.
Participate in IBP sessions for i-STAT business.

Required Qualifications
Requires good judgment, planning, organization skills, high work standards, energy, initiative, flexibility, decisiveness, proven problem-solving skills; must be capable of interpreting policy and acting independently as unusual amount of freedom to act exists. Set example as role model for sales organization; accountable for agreed upon monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Accountable for identifying strategic business building opportunities, as well as developing and executing appropriate sales and marketing plans to achieve objectives.
Must be able to represent best interests of division to customers and to gain acceptance of i-STAT solution.
Minimum Education
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Minimum Experience/Training Required
Minimum 8 years sales experience; people management experience is desired, distributor management experience especially in sales management; marketing experience a plus; experience in critical care, hospital and laboratory selling environments highly desirable; analytical and business management skills ; strong business judgment, demonstrated leadership skills desired; demonstrated experience in relationship-building across multiple functions (preferably in a hospital) needed.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high morale.
Sales Strategy Development: Expertise in creating and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to market conditions and company goals.

Coaching and Training: Skills to mentor and develop team members, helping them improve their sales techniques and performance.
