Qualifications:
You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or higher OR a PGCE with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and a minor in science or a related field. No candidates without a Bachelor's Degree in Education will be considered.
Teaching license from home country/province
Must have completed a supervised practicum while earning Education Qualification
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Canadian curriculum private school or international school setting.
Strong knowledge and experience in student-centered learning, standards-based grading, and reporting principles, developing critical thinking skills in students, inquiry-based learning, and problem-solving.
Proficient in the use of technology in the classroom.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about teaching and committed to providing high-quality education to students.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with English Language Learners is preferable.
