Roles and responsibilities
- Minimum 01 year of experience.
- UAE Driving License No. 3 mandatory.
- Able to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
- Communicate in English as a common language on work-location and to be aware of basic spoken Arabic is an added advantage.
- Work on day/night shifts and on several locations within duty hours in addition to contributing with extra hours when required for special events/ exigencies/ Operational requirement.
- High School Certificate /Diploma.

- Ensure that Vehicles are Parked & delivered without any accident as per the laid down timelines for the highest standard of Guest/ Customer service leading to Customer delight.
- Adherence to all Company rules, regulations, Policies without any deviation.
- To ensure guests/ customers receive prompt, friendly, personalized service of the highest quality.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by having a pleasant personality and always greeting the guests before guest greets you by following the standard phrases and ensure a quick and discreet departure while conveying appreciation and hope to return.
- Utilize knowledge and information given, to accurately answer any questions from guests and to make recommendations to Guests regarding the region, culture, best means of travel, places of public interest and activities, iconic landmark and best Shopping districts.
- Provide best Guest service before being requested, particularly assisting guests with luggage and arrange for or hailing taxis for the guest if required.
- Maintain a good driving record & follow the SOP’s/ guidelines laid down by the company.
- Adhere to Location/ site change/ site rotation as per Company policy.
- Meet grooming and hygiene standards set by the company.

- Vehicle Retrieval: Retrieve guests’ vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Safety and Security: Monitor the parking area to ensure the safety and security of parked vehicles, reporting any issues to management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing any guest inquiries or requests related to parking and transportation.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform basic checks on parked vehicles for any visible issues and report them to management if necessary.
